Sponsorship Conditions
- Once the contract is signed, and the payment has been made, all sales are final.
- The sponsor no longer has the right to cancel the purchase, except in an emergency case with the official approval from the steering committee.
- If the refund is allowed, the organizer will deduct 7% of the total refundable amount for the transaction fee.
- The refund will be paid within 60 days after approval from the steering committee.
